Borodino 1812


We would like to invite you to participate as a vendor at Borodino'02 (B'02) at Fort Monroe, Virginia, 5-8 September 2002. B'02 is a non-profit Military History Commemoration of the 1812 Battle of Borodino. The event will serve as a multi-venue Historical Miniatures Wargame Convention and Napoleonic Conference intended to promote Napoleonic Military History to both historical enthusiasts and the general public. We will have over 200 Participants for the main Borodino Wargame, Demo Events and Napoleonic Conference, and expect over 200 more as visitors and spectators.

Borodino'02 Wargame participants are paying $150 to register for the event, so you can expect only the most dedicated "hard-core" of Napoleonic Enthusiasts to be present. Full information is included in the Borodino website at JodieCon.org.

B'02 is a non-profit endeavor for us, but we want it to be a worthwhile venture for the Vendors who attend this event. We will do our utmost to promote your enterprise to the fullest!

The B'02 event officially opens at 6pm on Thursday 5 September, but vendors may begin sales anytime after set-up that day. Vendors may arrange to set-up early (4 September after 6:00 PM) PROVIDED it is approved/ coordinated directly with Jodie Panzeri (Admin Director) by 20 August. The event ends at 1 PM Sunday, and we must be completely clear of the Convention Hall by 4 pm.

We would also like to invite B'02 Vendors to register for the event's complete meal plan so that you can network and socialize with the attendees. A special Staff Meal Plan ($100 for 8 meals and daily snacks and drinks) is offered to our Vendors and is listed on the Vendor Registration form.

  • Vendor Registration forms must be received by 20 August 2002 for consideration.
  • Confirmations will be E-mailed to you as soon as you are confirmed and approved.
  • B'02 "Vendor Spaces" are 6' wide by 8' deep area along the wall of the event hall.
  • B'02 "Vendor Spaces" are $100.00 each paid in advance (PAYPAL accepted.)
  • B'02 Vendors may provide their own 6' table for a $20 discount from their "vendor space" fee -- Provided you coordinate in advance.
