REGISTRATION INCLUDES ALL MEALS:
- Continental Breakfast Daily
- Buffet Luncheon with Keynote Speakers Friday and Saturday
- Awards Brunch Buffet on Sunday Morning
- Drinks and Snacks throughout the day
- Dinner at Sunset on Fortress Monroe Ramparts
Please note: The meals are the main expense of the Registration cost, and are not optional to registration. From experience we've determined that communal meals onsite are essential to event success, and enhance participant camaraderie considerably.
IMPORTANT:
Registration does not include Hotel Accommodations.

We URGE participants to stay in the Chamberlin Hotel on Fort Monroe. Your proximity is critical to the event's success (and simplifies your security access to Fort Monroe.)
Military and Emergency Service member registrations will be 100% refundable if canceled due to deployment. All other refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case cost resolution.

BORODINO'02 WARGAME PLAYER SLOTS:
Positions cannot be can't finalized/reserved until the players full Registration and Payment is received. We encourage players to please indicate "NO-PREFERENCE" or a "NATIONALITY PREFERENCE ONLY" thus enabling us to fill all slots with a minimum of duplication. We'll do our best to assign you according to your preferences, but please keep in mind that we can only have one of each.
